Meet the Team

Our team consists of Alun, Eileen and Jill. We have a wealth of clinical experience working with parents and their children, children and young people 0-18 years old, adults, stakeholders and students. Our experience spans from working within charities, private and public sectors, where we all held various roles including management.

The Team

We all have our own personal journeys which brought us together, we share common interests but more importantly, we all have a vision for making a difference by supporting mental health and well-being. We have formed a strong and dedicated team, we recognise each other’s strengths and support each other so we can make a difference.

We are driven through our experiences of supporting the mental health and well-being of our clients. Our aim is to provide knowledge and skills to empower those working with children, young people, adults, parents of infants and children to develop the skills required to make a positive difference and increase life chances.

Where we began

As both friends and colleagues our collaboration was quite organic. We have been engaged in training and running events together for the last four years. Through this we recognised our mutual passion in bringing high quality training to those with an interest in supporting children and young people’s mental health. Starting this new venture was a natural progression for us as we strive to help people fulfil their potential.

Collectively, we have over...
