Being in nature can have enormous benefits to our well-being and mental health. Forest School has grown over recent years, the benefits for the children has been widely shared. Taking Play Therapy outdoors may be something that interests you, it may be a way of working which feels daunting or exciting. Join us as we delve into the topic of Outdoor Play Therapy.

These free, informal chats provide a space to discuss different topics with a focus on mental health, well-being and building a therapeutic community. Grab a cuppa and join us for an informal chat.
